Board meetings should be efficient and effective.  Board packets are prepared in advance and a manager is present to keep the meeting on track. After the meeting, an action item list is sent to the Board within 24 hours so you know what the next steps are and who's taking them.

Elections are critical to the functions of an HOA, so we incorporate technology to bring you safe and secure elections that are easy for you and the homeowners.

We balance the books, pay vendors, collect dues from the homeowners and much more.  Our bookkeeping services are handled using the top of the line software in Community Management.  When the Board wants statements and reports, they are only a click away.

With HMS, the Board won't be surprised by unplanned expenses and over-budget bills, so we include the nickels and dimes in our base fee.
