Idaho doesn't currently require community managers to obtain licensing, but at HMS, your manager will hold the distinguished title of CMCA (certified manager of community associations). No one requires you to change the oil on your car, but changing the oil regularly means your car is going to run efficiently and last longer.
Skilled Professionals
Our skilled professionals at HMS bring years of industry experience to the table. Anyone holding the title of Manager at HMS also holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certificate from CAMICB.
Added Bonus
There are a few more certifications in the field of community management. At HMS, with additional education and time requirements, your manager also holds the AMS certification from the Community Association Institute.
